Active Care – Our Repair /Replacement Service
This service is strictly limited to handsets owned by or previously purchased from Active Digital and to the device IMEI and/or serial number recorded by Active Digital. In the event that a mobile number associated with this device’s IMEI or serial number is to be disconnected or ported away from Active Digital then any Active Care agreement will immediately become void.
