That’s why we’re excited to share some significant updates and new features coming soon for our Phoneline+ landline replacement solution and our all new VoIP service IPECS that we can offer alongside our existing Horizon VoIP solution.

Phoneline+ originally started as a simple landline replacement for micro businesses and residential customers. However, with a host of new and innovative features being added, its scope has broadened significantly, now catering to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). These features will help businesses streamline communication and improve customer interaction, all while keeping costs manageable.

New Features for Phoneline+

Hunt Groups: Distribute calls efficiently across multiple phone lines.

WhatsApp Integration: Connect with customers through one of the world’s most popular messaging platforms.

Ability to Add Notes to Calls: Keep track of important information and conversations.

E-SIM Dialing: Make and receive calls over a mobile network without the need for additional apps. Turn your e-SIM into a handset on a VoIP service.

IPECS: A Game-Changer for Schools / Hotels and businesses of all sizes

What sets IPECS apart is its comprehensive feature set, seamless integration options, and support for existing handsets and compatibility with most modern Hardware, making it a more cost-effective and commercially competitive option for businesses.

Key Features of IPECS:

AI

AI Integration: The upcoming AI assistant will handle tasks such as answering incoming calls, booking property viewings, recording school absences, and more. Although there’s no exact timeline, we can expect this feature soon.

Lite License: A reduced-cost license with fewer features, ideal for users in hotel rooms, classrooms, or other environments where full functionality is not required.

CRM Integration: Native integration for various CRM systems, with the ability to create custom integrations via APIs.

Hardware Support: Native support for intercom systems and modern solutions like Wi-Fi DECT systems.

One area where IPECS shines is in its use in schools, with native integration for Arbor, the most popular CRM in education. Its features and flexibility make it a perfect fit for the sector.

Another exciting update comes with Webex Provisioning, a service that uses Cisco’s system to create call flows and provision services more efficiently. This solution allows businesses to speed up the setup process and simplify management.
