Active Digital continues to work diligently to reduce the risk to our employees, customers, partners, and any other direct contacts while ensuring that our support and services continue without interruption. Using digital technology and online tools, we continue to provide our customers with ongoing support. Our workforce is fully equipped with laptops, VPN access, and conferencing / collaboration tools to facilitate remote working.
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we live, work and travel – but as restrictions ease, what longer-term changes will we see? The long-term impact of the pandemic is still uncertain, but the desire to live more sustainably and flexibly looks set to endure. While people expect a significant shift back to normality after the pandemic, travel patterns and plans for greater flexibility have already changed because of Covid-19. This pandemic has provided many of us the opportunity to reflect on how we live and work. Whether it’s around working, finding balance, or setting boundaries, there is a growing need for flexibility and wellness. If we look towards finding the positives, the pandemic has pushed matters of inclusion to the forefront and gives us a great opportunity to allow our business to be more centred around our people and our customers than ever before.
