Active Digital was delighted to support our VIP customer, cricketer, Steven Finn at his exclusive Black Tie dinner in the legendary Long Room at Lords, the home of cricket. Active Digital hosted a table of ten at the Knight Frank Bowling Legends Dinner for Steven Finn and it was a pleasure to support him on what has been an incredible career so far.
The evening marked the career of Middlesex and England bowler Steven Finn as the principal event within this, his testimonial year. On the night, Steven was joined by bowling and cricketing legends of the modern game and some from the great teams of recent years including Angus Fraser, Ollie Robinson, Gladstone Small, Devon Malcolm, Eoin Morgan, Jonathan Trott, Graeme Swann, Chris Woakes, Matthew Prior and others in marking the career of a ‘Gentleman of Pace’.
The long room, fronting the pavilion is a famous sight, not only at Lord’s, but worldwide. The long room provides a magnificent backdrop for elegant dinners, lunches and receptions, its walls are lined with fine paintings celebrating the game from the 18th century to the present day.
For Steven’s testimonial year, the evening raised charity funds for both The Felix Project and the Professional Cricketers Trust. A truly special evening to be part of and such an honour to support our customers in this capacity.
