Summer (albeit a rather wet one so far) is here and around the country, gardens are in full bloom. The summer months bring us together to enjoy the Euros 2024, the return of Wimbledon and big crowds at the British Grand Prix.
Reflecting on these past months, it’s not just the achievements that fill us with gratitude, but also the challenges that have made us stronger and more resilient. Each step forward has been a testament to the dedication and hard work of our fantastic team and the incredible support from clients like you.

The first half of 2024 has flown by, and it’s been a busy quarter for Active Digital, its suppliers and customers.
During Q2, we had the pleasure of celebrating several birthdays within our lovely team! We wished a very happy birthday to lots of our team in the first 6 months of the year! With each birthday, our team members get a little wiser and a little older, but that just means more reason for cake and celebrations in the office!
Q2 was an exciting time for us here at Active, including our new partnership with consultant, Ant Morse, who will be leading our digital innovation workshop for customers. Plus, we will be opening a brand-new digital tech showroom in Kent later this year, so watch this space!

We love working with local businesses and we have had the pleasure of collaborating with our customer, Young Lives Foundation as we provided them Mi-Fi Units to help support their Care Leavers and when they are away on residential trips. Young Lives Foundation have been so grateful for this opportunity to give their young children connectivity.

Collaborative event with The Mintridge Foundation at Toca Social. We enjoyed a day of putting our skills to the test and a healthy bit of compeition was obvious! We were joined by Bobby Copping, Ant Morse, Michelle Griffiths Robinson and Eboni Ursuro- Brown on our panel. Active Digital were delighted to raise a total of £391.96 for The Mintridge Foundation.
In addition to the above events three friends and family of Active Digital, took part in Ride London and raised an incredible £2193.00 for the Mintridge Foundation. Dean, Rick and Nick absolutely loved the opportunity to take part and thrilled to raise as much as they did, the aching legs were definitely worth it!

This quarter has been successful for us at Active Digital as we expanded our services to meet the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring they stay connected and productive regardless of their location or business size.
🌟 Starlink Installations for Construction Companies and Farms
We successfully completed several Starlink installations for construction companies and rural farms. These installations provided a reliable and secure internet connection in areas where traditional broadband services were not feasible. Some installations served as temporary solutions before our broadband services were fully deployed, while others provided a permanent internet solution. Our efforts ensured that these remote sites enjoyed stable connectivity, enhancing their operational efficiency.
🌟 Broadband and VoIP Solutions for Local Businesses
We delivered superfast broadband and VoIP services to several local businesses. Our Fibre to the Property service brought high-speed internet up to 1Gbps/220Mbps directly to businesses, and our Phoneline+ solution, designed for small businesses and individuals, proved to be a popular choice. This efficient and affordable VoIP solution features an easy-to-use online portal, simple call routing, and out-of-hours scheduling. Phoneline+ users can continue using their existing landline phones through our ATA or upgrade to our VoIP phones for a modern communication experience.
🌟 Enterprise-Level VoIP Deployments For larger businesses
We carried out onsite VoIP deployments using our top-of-the-line VoIP service, Horizon. Horizon is an enterprise-level VoIP solution that offers advanced call routing, multi-level IVR, and cutting-edge features such as call twinning and hot desking. Our team of specialists conducted professional setups and provided comprehensive staff training to ensure a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the new system.

We also provisioned leased lines to businesses requiring state-of-the-art internet connectivity. These leased lines offer lightning-fast symmetrical speeds of up to 10Gb, ensuring that our clients have the bandwidth they need to support their growing business demands.
